From order to print to pickup.
For photo studios and print shops where orders go to printers at each branch and paper and ink are part of stock.
What gets easier
Jobs pile up at the printer
A print queue with local agents that drive each printer.
Consumables run out mid-job
Paper and ink are drawn from stock as jobs print.
Busy counters
Queue tickets and counter screens keep pickup moving.
How it flows
- Step 1

Built for how business is done here.
These are part of the product and switched on in settings. None of them is a custom project.
- ETA e-invoices and e-receipts
- Map products to ETA codes once. Invoices and receipts submit as they are issued, and rejections come back to a queue with the reason.
- Official and parallel market rates
- Each employee’s package carries its exchange rate type. Payroll converts their pay at that type’s dated rate, not a single company rate.
- Cheques and post-dated cheques
- Receive, deposit, clear or bounce cheques against customer and vendor balances, with bank reconciliation in the same ledger.
- Arabic and English
- The interface runs in Arabic or English, with a right-to-left layout for Arabic. Each person picks their own language.
- Biometric attendance
- A Windows agent at the branch reads ZKTeco, Suprema and Anviz terminals and sends every punch to attendance and payroll.
- Cloud or your own servers
- Run on our cloud, or install on-premise when your data has to stay in your building.
How a rollout goes.
You do not switch the whole company over in one weekend. Each step can be checked before the next one starts.
- Step 1
Import your master data
Products, customers, suppliers and employees come in from spreadsheets. Duplicate customers are flagged for merging before you go live.
- Step 2
Set up branches, tax and ETA
Add companies, branches, warehouses, tax codes and your ETA credentials. Roles decide who sees what at each branch.
- Step 3
Run in parallel
Process one payroll and one month-end alongside your current system and compare the results line by line.
- Step 4
Go live branch by branch
Switch one branch over, then the next. Branches not yet live keep working the way they do today.
Watch a sale go through, end to end.
