AI-enabled ERP

AI that works inside your ERP, under your rules.

Ask the built-in copilot, or connect the frontier model your team already uses through MCP. Either way, it sees only what that person is allowed to see.

A copilot in every module

Open it from any screen. It answers from live data and can create leads, quotations, transfers, requisitions and leave requests. Anything that deletes, posts or approves waits for you to confirm.

  • Off, read or write, per module

Admins set what the copilot may do for each person in each module. It can only narrow a role, never widen it.

  • Acts as the person asking

Every lookup and every record it creates runs under that user’s login, so it shows up in the audit trail as theirs.

  • Your choice of model

Use OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, including a model you host yourself.

Connect your frontier AI models to Vortex with MCP.

Vortex runs a Model Context Protocol server for your company. Create a token in Settings, choose read-only or read and write, pick the modules, and install it in Claude, Cursor, VS Code or Codex with one click or one command.

Your AI clients connect to the Vortex MCP endpoint with a scoped token. The endpoint calls only the modules that token allows.

Connect Claude Code in one command

$ claude mcp add --transport http --scope user vortex \
    https://yourcompany.vortex360.io/api/mcp \
    --header "Authorization: Bearer vortex_mcp_…"

Then ask it things like

  • Compare gross margin by branch for September and flag anything under 18%.
  • List suppliers whose prices rose more than 10% since July.
  • Draft a leave request for me for 12 to 14 November.

Safeguards on every connection

  • The token is shown once and stored only as a hash. Lose it, revoke it, make a new one.

  • Requests run with the creator’s current role. If their access changes, so does the AI’s.

  • Every connection has an expiry date, a last-used time and a revoke button.

  • Settings, users, billing and sign-in are never reachable through MCP.
